Leading Across Boundaries Program

A global organization wanted a new leadership program that would help its leaders build the skills to lead in complex situations involving multiple community stakeholders. With employees in over 70 countries, the program needed to develop leaders’ cultural competence as well. Lecia participated in the design, content development, facilitation and coaching for this innovative program rolled out in South America and India.

Senior Executive Leadership Program

A healthcare organization requested a leadership program that would prepare their senior executives to deal with the complexity of their work and create new innovations across departments and province. Lecia contributed to the design and facilitation of the program and acted as project manager to ensure alignment with organizational goals, processes and needs.

Team Vision and Planning

A newly formed strategic pricing team was given a new role of greater influence on stakeholders. This change in role and the fact the team was rapidly adding new team members left the team working hard to find alignment and momentum. Lecia designed and facilitated a strategic visioning and planning session to develop the team’s vision, guiding principles and a job role developmental learning process.

Sr. Exec Team Alignment

A global manufacturing organization’s senior executive team had a new leader and new members – old guard and new guard. The team knew it needed to work together across divisions and differences to be more effective and innovative and lead the company into further growth. Lecia designed and facilitated an alignment session and provided on-the-spot coaching, building trust, team energy and engagement principles for their work moving forward.

Multi-Stakeholder Strategy Retreat

A multi-county government organization gathers bi-annually to do multi-year planning with 25 government officials and staff members. Lecia co-led the design and facilitation of the two-day session for this very diverse group using graphic recording, participatory group methods and human systems dynamics models and methods, to gain agreement and build the multi-year direction and plans.
